General Rules
- All players must be 18 years of age or older, as required by state law. A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.
- It is the player’s responsibility to clearly and loudly call “BINGO.” Missed or late calls will not be honored once the game is officially closed.
- Winners must bingo on the last number called. No exceptions.
- All Bingo boards must be purchased from All About Oz on the day of the event. No outside boards will be accepted.
- Each board sheet includes 3 bingo cards. No boards may be purchased after the first number of a game is called. Each round will begin by announcing the card color, pattern, and game number. Winning cards must match the designated game round.
Two-Section Game Format
To accommodate community demand and ensure fairness, each Bingo Night includes two separate game sections:
- Section 1: Starts at 6:00 PM (includes 6 games).
- Break: 20 minutes — players may exit to make room for new players or purchase boards to prepare for the next session.
- Section 2: Begins immediately after the break (includes 6 new games).
✅ Flexible Play: Players may participate in one or both sections.
⚠️ Limited Seating: After Section 1 ends, players may be asked to make space for new participants unless they have purchased boards for Section 2.
Game Structure & Payouts
Each 6-Game Session Includes:
- Four regular games
- One jackpot game
- One specialty game
Payout Structure:
- Payouts are determined by the total number of boards sold per game.
- 50% of revenue is paid out in prizes.
- Multiple winners will split the prize pot equally.
- Prize amounts are announced before each game begins.
- Payouts exceeding $100 require a signed prize receipt.
Additional Rules & Conduct
- “Four Corners” patterns are only valid if explicitly announced before the round starts.
- No refunds or exchanges on paper cards.
- All payouts are cash-only. No checks or credit cards accepted for payouts.
- Events may be canceled due to inclement weather, power outages, or if fewer than 10 players are present.
- Disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to remove any player without a refund.
